Teammates

I’ve always been used to the Vietnamese style of social gatherings—which usually means drinking. 🍻

Our Vietnam team has now grown to nearly 20 members, a wonderful mix of bright graduates from local universities and others who have studied abroad in France, the UK, and Norway. I feel truly grateful to have such a diverse and talented group as my teammates.

But here’s the twist: more than half of them don’t drink much at all. A bit of a pity for me, since it takes away from the traditional “cheers” bonding moments—but maybe it also means we’ll find new, healthier ways to celebrate together.
