Growing Team

It’s never easy to grow a team.

Today, our team is close to 50 people, covering every role imaginable: programming, operations, sales, customer support, and even office administration (because once you have more than 20 people, you really do need someone dedicated to taking care of everyone).

Some of my colleagues have been with me for more than eight years. I’ve seen them start out single, then get married, welcome their first child, and later their second. Over time, they’ve gone from being boys and girls, to husbands and wives, to fathers and mothers, all while walking alongside me through both the toughest challenges and the most joyful celebrations. Some even found their life partners right here in this very team.

I’m forever grateful for what I have in this company: this incredible team in Vietnam.
