Breakfast in Covid
With HCMC under strict lockdown, there’s no bún bò, bánh mì thịt, or the usual street food treats I used to grab in the mornings. Instead, I’ve gone back to the basics: sliced bread with spreads has once again become my go-to breakfast.
That, and a good cup of coffee, are enough to start the day and bring a little comfort in these unusual times.
